• Packaging Fee: All cookies are individually wrapped in clear bag. If you would like us to tie the cookie bags with ribbons, there is an extra fee of $0.80 CAD (and up) per bag. If the ribbons are provide by the clients, we will only charge $0.25 CAD per bag for the packaging fee. Gift Box Set: $3.00 CAD (and up) per box.

• Personalized tags are now available. Please contact us for a quotation.

• All our sugar cookies are freshly made on order.

• Orders should be placed at least 4 weeks in advance. For large orders, please reserve early to ensure availability.

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total payment is required to secure the date. The remaining balance is due on the day you receive your order.

•  Delivery Service: Delivery available for additional cost, please contact us for more details.

•  Cookies should be kept away from natural sunlight as this could affect the colors.

• Store the cookies in a cool and dry place will be fine. 2 weeks shelf life.
