• Initial Meeting to identify your needs

• Provide Chinese and Western wedding etiquette consultation

• Provide guidance on traditional Chinese wedding customs, such as "Betrothal Ceremony"過大禮 , "Installation of Bridal Bed" 安床, "Combing Hair Ceremony"上頭, "Tea Ceremony" 敬茶, etc

• Provide a detailed and personalized wedding planning schedule and checklist to ensure that all tasks could be completed before wedding

• Create a wedding day itinerary

• Contact and meet the couple from time to time to report the progress of preparation​

• Arrange a meeting with the bridal party to discuss the rundown and details of the wedding day

• Vendor recommendations and assist in the selection of vendors, in the areas of: Invitations, Venues, Photographers, Videographers, Hair stylist, Make-up artist, Flowers, Ceremony Officiant or Celebrant, Ceremony Musicians, Dis Jockey, Emcee, Entertainment, Live Band, Decor, Rental Company, Wedding Stationary, Transportation, Favors, Wedding Cake and Nutritionist (if need)

• Assist with creating a "Tea Drinking List " for Tea Ceremony

• Assist with creating a guest attendance list

• Assist with creating a reception seating plan

• Conduct a ceremony rehearsal

• Follow up with all vendors and venue, make sure they have exact date, time, location and directions

• On-site supervision of the ceremony and reception with an assistant at no extra cost

• Ensure proper set up (such as floral & decor arrangements) of ceremony and reception

• Role as timekeeper on the wedding day to ensure everything goes smoothly

• Have "AmazingWedding1314" wedding day emergency kit on stand-by
